Mr. Georget’s expertise is in trademark law. He received his legal education at the University of Paris II, in France, and Fordham Law School in New York City. He is admitted in New York and has practiced at two of the leading boutique trademark law firms in New York: Nims, Howes, Collison, Hansen & Lackert, and Colucci & Umans, and has served as consultant to the trademark departments of Schering Plough and Estee Lauder. In addition, Mr. Georget has also worked in the advertising-IP field.

As a result, Mr. Georget has become experienced in all aspects of trademark practice from selection, searching, registering and maintaining marks to litigation in the United States Patent & Trademark Office and the Federal Courts. He has managed domestic and international trademark portfolios of all sizes and worldwide filing campaigns, as both in-house and outside counsel. His experience also includes unfair competition, anti-counterfeiting and copyright registration and litigation.
