Ms. Williams has legal experience in both law firm and corporate environments. As an associate at the New York law firm of Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto, she acquired a broad range of knowledge and experience in all aspects of patent litigation. Ms. Williams' experience in patent prosecution involved technologies such as optical imaging systems, data compression and coding, and various electronic circuitry.
Ms. Williams has also been a patent attorney for Sony Corporation and A&T Labs, providing patent prosecution support in a wide variety of technologies, including consumer electronics, Internet-related technologies, electronic commerce, encryption, optical communication systems and network architecture and performance. She also conducted infringement and validity studies, counseled clients in transactional matters, and supervised and managed outside counsel.
Ms. Williams provides a full range of intellectual property services to her clients, who include Fortune 500 companies involved in broadband communications, consumer electronics, diagnostic systems, and digital technologies.
